Required Qualifications/ Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;


Desired Work Experience:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Receiving and inventory management experience is highly desired.
  • Customer Service experience is highly desired.

  • Computer and spreadsheet proficiency;
  • Good communicator ability to listen to others and clearly present information and requests;
  • Service Oriented anticipates and works to meet the needs of internal and external customers;
  • Thorough makes sure that work is done accurately, correctly and thoroughly;

Critical Success Factors:

  • The employee must maintain an excellent attendance record, which is defined as being at work all the time and on time.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
  • Ability to apply understanding of details but simple written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving many variables in different situations.


Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Reports out Production Figures as required.Maintains and evaluates tool crib inventory levels; Performs physical inventory and cycle counts.
  • Answers incoming calls on off-shifts and ensures calls are routed accordingly;
  • Maintains bi-weekly counts on critical consumable inventory items for accuracy
  • .Enters and maintains purchase requisitions and new stock item requests. 


Effort/ Physical Demands/ Working Conditions:

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Tracks issues and maintains non-inventory repaired items.
  • Maintains and tracks tools, keys and radios to production as required.
  • Schedules preventive maintenance, reviews performance and recommends modifications;
  • Issues, receives and stores MRO inventory items, factory supplies and tools;
  • Follows all safety and environmental policies and procedures;
  • Constant communication with employees, peers, and management.
  • Frequent distractions and interruptions
  • Multiple demands in a challenging and fast paced- team orientated environment
  • Noisy environment
  • Overtime as required.
  • Office, Plant floor
  • Travel as required


Health and Safety Responsibilities

  • Compliance with Occupational safety sections of Act.
  • Must report all accidents and near misses to your Supervisor
  • Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures.
  • Must use or wear equipment, protective devices or certain clothing as required by the company.
  • Must wear all designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
